DRONE PHOTOGRAPHY
Drone Photography. Done Right.
A drone is just a tool—what really matters is the person behind the camera. Plenty of so-called “drone photographers” are great pilots, but they’re not photographers. The result? A batch of random, unusable aerial shots that don’t tell a story or showcase the property in its best light. That’s not how I work. I approach every drone shoot with the same level of technical excellence, composition, and attention to detail that I bring to my standard photography. Multiple focal lengths, bracketed exposures, and professional color grading—everything is done with precision to ensure each image is as polished as the rest of the listing.
Bad drone photography is everywhere. Too many photographers just throw a drone in the air, snap a few shots, and call it a day. Their compositions are awkward, their exposures are off, and their skies? Completely fake. I don’t do shortcuts. I take the time to frame shots with intention, making sure the altitude, perspective, and lighting all work together to create a cohesive, natural look. The goal is to highlight what makes the home unique—its lot size, surrounding landscape, or proximity to trails and shopping—without resorting to gimmicks.
Every drone photography package includes up to 10 high-resolution images, with complimentary property outlines upon request. If drone video is part of the project, it’s seamlessly integrated at no extra charge—because your marketing should be complete, not a pile of add-ons. And, of course, I handle all FAA regulations, securing clearance when needed so you never have to worry about compliance.
If you’re tired of generic aerial shots that add nothing to your listings, let’s talk.
